Visa Information

The Organizing Committee of the ISESE'07, with its utmost sincerity, intends to invite all international experts and scholars to attend the conference, and to realize the most extensive exchanges and discussion in the field of environmental compliance for electronics. If you are interested in attending the conference, please visit the conference website and register online.

The ISESE'07 organizing committee will provide an Invitation Letter to those individuals it believes have a relevant business or scientific reason for attending ISESE'07 and reserves the right to decline a request for an invitation letter.

Before an invitation letter will be provided, you must register for the conference and payment must be received via credit card, cheque, or wire transfer. At that point, an invitation letter will be emailed to the email address provided in the request.

Once an invitation letter has been provided to the potential attendee, the remaining requirements of visa application, necessary documentation, embassy or consulate interviews, etc., are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

The official invitation letter for visa convenience will be delivered according to your registration information.

To facilitate your visa application, please ensure that the information provided in your registration application (i.e. name, address, etc.) matches the information in your official travel documents. The Letter of Invitation will be prepared using the information you provide.
