Registration	Symposium fee
The registration fee includes a conference package, lunch, refreshments during the breaks, and evening events. The fee for an additional ticket covers the evening events only. Note: Canadian residents will be charged GST.

Additional ticket for the dinner	$70 CAD

Terms and Conditions
- After the registration form is submitted, Ageus Solutions will send you an invoice.
- Printed proof of payment is a basic condition for access to the conference!
- All cancellations must be made in writing. In case of cancellation of your registration before September 15, 2007 a booking fee of $70 CAD will be charged. After September 15, 2007 no refunds will be issued. However, the registration may be transferred to somebody else.
